The search for perfection: Candidate Testing

We pride ourselves on finding, cultivating and placing elite talent. One of the ways that we ensure we achieve this is through our extensive candidate testing procedure, which is used in combination with phone screens and face-to-face interviews to assess overall suitability.

Our candidate testing is a bespoke process that allows us to assess individuals from key angles to get a better, more comprehensive picture of them and their talents. It has proven to be a vitally important part of our recruitment process and adds immense value to a candidates’ profile.

At BOWER, one of our key values is an emphasis on development. As such we are always looking for ways to improve our system and ensure that we always achieve the best for our clients and candidates. Recently, we have developed a new and more quantifiable diary management test and released a new assessment through the MindX app, tailored specifically towards measuring desirable PA skills.

We are looking for volunteers (ideally from a PA/EA background) to try out our new testing. In return volunteers will receive insights regarding the depth of logistical and practical abilities as a PA, and a detailed descriptive report on overall cognitive ability.
