We are looking for a diligent, energetic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a Private Equity company, with additional support to 2 senior staff and occasionally the wider team. This is a close-knit team and a high pressure environment, so the ideal candidate will be used to working to tight deadlines and prioritising effectively.

Key responsibilities
– Diary management
– Extensive overseas travel organisation
– Full secretarial and administrative support
– Editing of PowerPoint presentations
– Meeting and greeting clients
– Answering phones and ensuring prompt follow ups
– Ad hoc requests and errands
– Maintaining team office and meeting room supplies
– Expense reconciliations

Person requirements
– At least 5 years experience in a PA or EA role
– Proactive and hands-on approach
– Ability to prioritise and manage expectations
– Ability to work with little supervision managing heavy a work load
– Strong communications skills
– Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
