Our client, a global gourmet hospitality company, are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage their biggest UK client. There is a team of 20 dedicated to this client and they will be taking direction from the Account Manager to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
The right candidate must have experience working with clients in aviation or within the aviation industry. As the Account Manager you will be the main point of call for our clients biggest customer, who generated over 13 billion pounds in 2018. You and your team of 20 will manage the pre-launch phase, as well as the day-to-day requirements including but not being limited to:
– Order processing and management
– Customer experience
– Supply chain and logistics
– Product/service improvements
– Marketing and brand vision
– Project management of infrastructure improvement when required
– Manage delegation to the wider team
Experience within project management is desirable but a passion for food/hospitality is a must. The right candidate for the role of Account Manager would have managed a large client account before across a long period of time and have approximately 5+ years experience.
