The Company & Role

Our client, a financial services firm, is looking for an Admin Assistant to support the Strategic Advisory team. The suitable candidate will have previous corporate experience, preferably within the finance sector, supporting in a team capacity with direct supporting a large team.

Responsibilities

  • Screen, and where necessary act upon, all email communications (both internal & external)
  • Act as gatekeeper for the team
  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Track Partner’s geographical location for tax purposes
  • Manage general personal and professional administration of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
  • Organise all travel itineraries and arrangements, often complex
  • Regular co-ordination of conference (audio & video) calls
  • Expenses Management
  • Maintenance of contacts database

 

Experience

 

  • Proven EA experience in a senior capacity with minimum 5 years’ experience
  • A solid education
  • Advanced MS Office Suite
  • An eye for detail and strong follow through
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to set priorities independently
  • Experience with Workday, Concur and Salesforce would be an asset
