Basic £15K PA, 3 days per week (£25K Pro Rata) + 20% commission bringing OTE to £75K PA

The Company

Our client are looking to recruit a highly motivated, passionate, and articulate professional with experience servicing HNW and UHNW individuals and a hunger to grow the exciting International department. This is a key appointment for the development of the clients growth at the start of an exciting post-Covid era as we look to expand our HNW and UHNW client base in the UK and around the world.

This role will be responsible for managing the existing H/UHNW families, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of service, whilst recruiting and supporting the network of international tutors and consultants, and – working alongside the Director – growing the international client base. This is a “supported remote” role, with occasional days required at the head office in London. This role will be responsible for clients that require residential tutors as part of their household staff and international families with UK school placement needs.

This role is an exciting, flexible, and multi-faceted role that requires effective customer service, people management, networking, and marketing skills.

Main Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Managing the needs of the existing and previous HNW and UHNW clients
  • Regularly communicating with the HNW clients and ensuring you deliver the highest level of service
  • Listening carefully to the particular educational needs of the HNW clients and providing them with expert educational advice and educational solutions
  • Providing consultations with each client to discuss their needs
  • Handling new enquiries for residential tutoring and school placement
  • Recruiting and placing high quality tutors for the clients and ensuring successful placements
  • Ensuring the placements are successful with regular reporting and checking-in
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high quality tutors from around the world
  • Managing the tutor pool with regular communication, training, and social events
  • Managing and looking after the active residential tutors to ensure placements are successful
  • Consulting with clients on their School Search and School Placement needs
  • Liaising with the Education consultants to ensure the School Search and School placement needs are met and their school placements are successful
  • Assisting with the marketing of Minerva International, working with Minerva Tutors Head of Marketing, particularly via Social Media
  • Growing the international business through networking events and socials
  • Liaising and networking with our friends and partners in the Nanny, Personal and Virtual Assistant, Household Staff, Household Security, Luxury Travel and Luxury Property industries in order to grow the business.

 

Skills & Qualities

  • Ability to work remotely to targets
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly developed administrative and organisation skills, and computer literacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and warmth to ensure positive interactions with all stakeholders including colleagues, families, young people and third parties
  • A high level of professionalism and understanding of the need to deal appropriately with confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Verve to implement ambitious ideas
  • A strong eye for accuracy and detail
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure and to a deadline
  • The ability to balance the needs of now with strategic planning for the future

Experience:

  • Dealing with HNW and UHNW customers (required)
  • Interviewing candidates for roles (required)

  • Managing and communicating with subcontractors and freelance staff (useful)

 

Salary and benefits

  • Basic £15,000 PA 3 days per week (£25,000 Pro Rata)
  • OTE £75,000+ Per Year 20% Commission on all business you bring on and manage with sliding scale to reward success
  • 6 month bonus for targets hit
