The Company & Role

Our client is a Family Office with head offices based in Central London. This role is extremely varied and hands-on – immersed in the daily running of the office, providing project assistance and team assistant support where needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing high volumes of complex travel arrangements for both the family and the team
  • Assisting with family and/or family office projects, which may require national and international travel
  • Ad-hoc admin duties including expenses
  • Managing calls, greeting guests and clients and inbox management for the team
  • Providing support as necessary on all account opening and account maintenance processes
  • Comprehensive filing including both hard-copy and electronic documents
  • Attending London based properties to oversee contractors, collect post, and record meter readings
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and actioning post-meeting admin tasks
  • Helping with office maintenance and supplies
  • Organising social and corporate events


Requirements:

  • Min 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Flexible, reliable, possessed of a positive attitude with no ego
  • Very IT competent – working with Sync, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and Power Point amongst others
  • Highly organised and punctual
  • Intelligence and aptitude to take ownership of time critical tasks and deliver to the required standard
  • Strong attention to detail and numerically confident
  • An efficient problem solver, able to deal with multiple requests at any given time
  • Presentable in person and in writing
