The Company

Our client is a global Private Equity firm seeking an experienced EA to support two of their most senior Executives.  The candidate must have no ego, a proactive attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing ever-changing priorities.  The role will encompass complex diary management, inbox management, travel, presentations, preparing documentation for meetings and providing additional strong support to the Executives as required.  The successful candidate must develop a good understanding of the business to ensure they are proactively supporting and pre-empting the Executives’ needs.

 

The role is currently remote with a view to returning to the office later in the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Cover all normal EA duties, including correspondence, inbox management and diary management, all performed seamlessly and to a high standard
  • Complex and ever-changing travel arrangements and logistics including transport, accommodation and visas, with the ability to keep up to speed on travel matters, taking into account the current climate and pandemic
  • Provide strong support and collaboration with Executives to ensure their daily, weekly and longer-term goals are met and serviced
  • Work cooperatively and build good relationships with the wider team of EAs across international offices to facilitate the smooth running of the business
  • Manage any day-to-day operational needs for the smooth running of the business and of the London office
  • Ability to grasp the urgency of situations naturally, to prioritise and behave proactively
  • Intelligently manage the requirements of the office in London including supplies, liaising with maintenance, new staff onboarding and health and safety
  • Liaise with suppliers and maintain good working relationships with all external and internal contacts
  • Work seamlessly in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills
