The Company

Our client is a private equity firm with over £300 million under management.  They are seeking an experienced and professional EA to support the Partners and team.


Location: London, Victoria, full time office based



  • Effectively managing multiple calendars, planning ahead
  • Planning and organising complex travel arrangements
  • Ensure the team is well prepared for meetings/calls
  • Screening of all incoming calls, monitoring enquiries, emails and correspondence
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, utilising PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Managing the expense process, ensuring compliance with the Firm’s expense and travel policy
  • Collation and preparation of documentation for Board Meetings and external meetings
  • Updating of in-house contacts database on a regular basis, ensuring the information is inputted correctly
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant training and establishing personal networks
  • Help coordinate team events (e.g. Christmas dinners or team off-sites)
  • Work closely with Portfolio companies to ensure meetings/Boards and relevant travel are confirmed for the year ahead and maintaining relationships
  • Maintenance of current in-depth filing and archiving system as well as management of the CRM
  • Ensure the seamless running of the office
  • Undertake any ad-hoc administrative projects/duties as required which may also include personal/private matters


  • At least 5 years’ experience as an EA in a similar role
  • Experience having worked in Private Equity or Financial Services
  • Calm and collected demeanour
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain utmost level of discretion and confidentiality
  • The ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility
  • Some out of hours work may be required on occasion for this role
