Our client specialises in providing finance solutions for property developers. This role is remote with some travel to West London at least once a week, they are searching for an experienced Marketing Assitant with a specialism in marketing, to support the busy business owner.

Role & Responsibilities

This is a role for an experienced EA/ Marketing Assistant who can work both autonomously and collaboratively. The ideal candidate will be confident and proactive, with a creative streak and strong, demonstrable marketing experience – imaginative, agile and kind with a positive attitude and the skill and work ethic to get things done.

  • Diary management, meetings, travel and expenses
  • Inbox management, careful drafting and client liaison
  • Website updates using WordPress
  • Developing marketing collateral and providing assistance with marketing strategy
  • Use of social media for the business, especially LinkedIn
  • Fielding calls, managing and directing as appropriate
  • Document creation, admin and workflow systems, all with very specific attention to detail
  • Intelligent and thoughtful relationship management for clients and contacts
  • Ability to grasp priorities, manage deadlines, field time and tasks and problem solve
  • Own and be fully accountable for tasks and projects with minimal direction
  • Sourcing quotes
  • Manage coworking space as necessary
  • Provide agile and thoughtful support to the business owner, being thorough and taking responsibility as appropriate
  • Some personal support as required
  • Previous experience in property development desirable but not essential
  • Use of Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Hybrid working remote/coworking space
