The Company

Our client established its independent fund management business and closed its flagship 1.7 EUR billion fund last year. With the business going through an exciting period of growth & development our client is currently looking for a Global PA who will be providing support to The Founder alongside his EA, as well as managing The Founder’s requests when his EA is not in the office. The post holder will be joining a dynamic team with a fantastic opportunity to experience direct access to and working alongside senior members of a growing organisation.


Location: Remote with ad hoc requirement in the office based in Jersey

PA Duties:

  • Administrative support to The Founder as well as other colleagues where required
  • Management of extensive travel schedule including flights, hotels and transport, and other associated logistics.
  • Updating of documents and presentations as required
  • Organisation of meetings & conference calls
  • Complex diary management
  • Expenses and filing
  • Personal requests and errands
  • Events management coordination


Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum two years’ experience within a similar Assistant role would be a benefit
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and to short deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task in a co-ordinated manner, with a focus on first-class service and delivery
  • Proven record as a team player
  • Experience with Microsoft team packages is essential
  • Confident communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Driving license
