Office Manager – Fashion

The Company

Our client is a fashion company based in Richmond.  They are seeking a talented and confident Office Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, combining day-to-day management of the core operational functions of the business and PA support to the CEO. It is a position that requires a pro-active and highly organised individual with excellent administrative and communication skills. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week required in the office (additional days may be necessary to perform duties) and opportunities for progression for the right candidate.


Location: Office based in Richmond Upon Thames


  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office and undertaking the relevant administration
  • Acting as the first point of contact – dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Direct PA support to the CEO including diary management and organising meetings
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, accountants, suppliers, and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
  • Organising staff social events
  • Managing cleaning and maintenance
  • Support to the wider team as required
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations, systems, and be the first point of contact for HR administration
  • Ensure policies are up to date and HR Law compliant


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Office management experience preferred
  • Good planning, organisational, and time management skills
  • Being a multi-tasker and working within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of using Macs
  • Pro-active and able to take the initiative
  • A confident personality and ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude
