The Company

Our client are a successful independent investment boutique, managing portfolios for UK and international private investors, trusts, corporates and charities. They are independently owned by the Partners and employees. They pride themselves on their culture of excellence, embedded in a collaborative, commercial atmosphere, where this role will provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to 4 Investment Partners in the London office.
  • General secretarial and administrative support to Investment Partners
  • Preparing relevant materials ahead of client meetings and pitches
  • Organising domestic and international travel and accommodation including full itinerary planning
  • Extensive diary management to show understanding of business priority and individual need, coordinating internal/external meetings, rooms to suit diaries
  • Work closely with and, where appropriate, provide support for other PAs in the business (eg holiday cover, projects, etc)
  • Management of written correspondence and mail including responses
  • Working with Investment Managers Assistants to undertake analysis as required to suggest improvements / add value and streamline processes around the business
  • PowerPoint presentations, expenses management, document production
  • Ad hoc duties and project work as directed


Experience & Requirments:

  • Strong planning, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work with senior-level individuals throughout the firm
  • Ability to exercise discretion when managing confidential information; detail oriented
  • A team player, flexible and proactive, with a ‘can-do attitude’, willing to be on hand as and when needed
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
