The Company

Our client is a strategic advisory firm that is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. They provide strategic advice that helps breakout entrepreneurs achieve their global ambitions. Founded in 2014, building long-term and strong relationships with all of their clients, their offering includes advice on strategic communications, government relations, reputation management, and business development.

  • Extensive calendar management – responsible for the management of the MD’s diary across all meetings, appointments, calls and travel on the day-to-day schedule as well as on the forward planning of the diary
  • Inbox management – assisting the MD with managing email traffic, prioritising and tracking inbound and outbound correspondence, responding to meeting requests and scheduling requirements in a timely manner
  • Recording and updating contact information in the company database and in the MD’s contact database
  • Corresponding with C-level and media executives on a day-to-day basis
  • Responsibility for all planning and execution of the MD’s international and domestic travel including all trips, conferences, registrations, meetings and visas
  • Family administration support – supporting the MD’s family admin when required, as well as some assistance on family travel and home administration
Experience & Requirements:
  • Bilingual in French and English – Advantageous
  • Exceptionally strong organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail is essential and the ability to work to tight deadlines or moving goalposts will also be required
  • High level of discretion is essential
  • Able to work outside usual office hours
  • Confident in scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and also creating complex travel itineraries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Apple products
