Our client is a rapidly expanding consultancy with offices worldwide. Within this role, there will be a degree of independence expected so you will need to take the initiative and be able to flex from working alone to enlisting support from the team. You will need to be able to hold focus and have high attention to detail whilst working within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
The role will comprise of managing their Leadership Programmes as a Programme Coordinator; being the main point of contact for clients and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Alongside this will be a certain amount of diary management through the Executive Assistant part of the role.
Location: This role will be based in London, with a degree of flexibility in home working
  • Client liaison and account management
  • Build strong relationships with relevant counterparts in client organisations
  • Scheduling of the programme and logistics
  • Management of the programme on their various technology programmes
  • Diary management
  • Travel logistics
  • Basic administrative support such as assisting with pitches, proposals and logistics
  • Take ownership & accountability of the programme from all angles – maintain a high-level perspective to ensure that the programme is a success
  • Work with the Finance team internally to ensure the project is adequately budgeted and invoiced for (no finance experience necessary)
  • Represents & collaborates with team in front of stakeholders, clients or users
  • Manage deadlines
Experience & Requirements:
  • Graduate or entry-level candidates
  • Ability to use initiative and work alone
  • Be proactive to identify when things need addressing; take the lead with following up on behalf of the client and the coaches
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to balance multiple projects and prioritise
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage expectations of others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office and able to pick up new platforms quickly
  • Problem solver – able to think on your feet to find a solution
  • Ability to be able to adapt to situations that arise
  • Ability to travel to off-sites (once or twice a year)
