The Role:

Our client’s team has expanded in London and their office based in Soho is growing. They are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide assistance to the team. We are looking for someone who wants to work hard within a lean organisation that moves quickly, efficiently and with purpose. Location: Soho – Office Based

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring reception area, meeting rooms, kitchens and supply rooms are kept neat, presentable and stocked at all times
  • Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
  • Diary management of London meeting rooms including set-up and clearing between meetings
  • Liaising with building management, to obtain passes for guests, and following up on unreturned passes
  • Liaising with catering companies for events, client meetings and organising corporate lunches
  • Calling appropriate host upon visitor arrival and escorting guest to meeting rooms
  • Taking inbound calls and transferring to relevant person or taking accurate messages
  • Management of all incoming/outgoing post and booking couriers
  • Booking travel and taxi services
  • Copying, scanning and printing duties
  • Ordering of some office supplies including stationery, drinks, refreshments, and general office consumables
  • Assisting the Office Manager with ad-hoc various duties.

  • Additional travel and diary management support to the wider team as and when required
  • Organising culture/team elements, activities and events
  • Make considered efficiency and workflow suggestions and improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace would be desirable
  • Additional languages would be advantageous
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and helpful with a passion to get the job done to a high standard
  • Eagerness to learn and get stuck in.
  • An eye for detail and forward-thinking
  • Professional and approachable
  • Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team
  • Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
  • Able to work without supervision and under pressure
