The roles we are working on require you to be able to work within a fast-paced environment and manage your workload effectively and there are great opportunities to grow and develop your talent and skills with progressive companies.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
  • Researching, sourcing and identifying candidates using a variety of methods and tools
  • Client account management
  • Shortlisting candidates to clients
  • Arranging interviews and following up for feedback
  • Conducting professional interviews and giving honest feedback at all times
  • Ad hoc recruitment admin
  • Constantly reviewing and improving the candidate experience
Requirements:
  • Recruitment and sales experience desired
  • Enthusiasm and focus on sales and ability to cope with the ebb and flow of the sales environment
  • Empathetic and consultative approach
  • Exceptional customer service and resilient attitude
  • Ability to manage large workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player and highly collaborative
  • Ability to work autonomously and to take full responsibility for your sales and remit
