They are a strategic advisory firm that provides analysis and insight to help businesses navigate a time of global change; manages all aspects of communications to help firms tell their story; and builds winning campaigns to help shape public opinion.


The role

They have grown significantly since their formation three years ago. They are now looking to take on an office assistant to play a key role within the Operations team. You will play a crucial part in keeping the office running and helping out with all the different teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to work for a fast growing company.


Responsibilities will include the following:


  • Team PA to Director level and below, including organising meetings, both internal and external
  • Organising and minute taking of weekly meetings
  • Raising orders and tracking deliveries e.g. Ocado, Amazon etc
  • General upkeep of office stocks – stationery and food & drink
  • Working closely with the Office Manager and wider operations team
  • Maintaining general upkeep of office
  • Ad hoc scanning and photocopying
  • Management of incoming and outgoing post
  • Dealing with office contractors e.g. IT contractor, building managers, food deliveries etc
  • Organising team socials
  • Maintaining staff related spreadsheets (eg: holiday tracker)
  • Managing of the ‘contact us’ inbox
  • Meeting & greeting visitors to the office
