    Chief Executive Officer

    Emma spent her PA career focused on UHNW individuals, tech businesses and entrepreneurs. She is focused now on leading our team of experts to growing Bower in its mission to disrupt and change how recruitment is done within the industry.

  • Georgina Bale

    Chief Strategy Officer

    George's background is primarily in working at the Home Office and within Hedge Funds. She leads Bower's tech-based profiling and the continual improvement and development of the business as well as leading on Bower's training and coaching programmes.

  • Hannah Reid

    Operations Director

    Hannah spins plates and keeps the train on the tracks. She keeps a handle on all business operations and systems management and plays an integral part in the development of our technology.

  • Killian Campbell

    Project Manager

    Killian comes from a background in retail and hospitality and therefore knows the real importance of customer service and how to take care of people. He runs the office and supports the recruitment team and in typical co-ordinator fashion, takes on everything and anything else thrown at him.

    Recruitment Director

    Mel is a straight-talking Aussie with an absolutely exceptional eye on what good support staff looks like. She is sharp, focused and with a strong moral compass she always acts in the best interests of individuals.

    Becci graduated from Oxford Media Business School and has worked as a PA, Office Manager and also has amazing international experience having worked in Executive Search in Asia. She is the ultimate safe pair of hands and the care that she shows to the way she handles recruitment is exceptional.

    Sian has had an impressive career in the fast-paced property world. Now transferring into another people and project based role, her tenacity, dedication and judge of character means she fits the best candidates with right roles.

    Laura is from Manchester and brings Northern charm and savviness to the team. She is focused on providing research support to our recruitment team and handling the large number of candidates we are in touch with and making sure they are all treated with respect.

    Billy graduated from Manchester University with a degree in History, and after having spent four years up North working in finance, has moved down South seeking a new challenge & better weather. With a background in research and customer service, Billy is a great addition to the research team, and helps our consultants to find the best talent around!

  • Lisa Sylvester

    Executive Assistant

    Lisa has over 20 years of corporate office experience working primarily in Project and Client Relationship Management roles. She has a demonstrated capacity to provide comprehensive, executive-level support alongside strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills. Lisa supports the executive team in an EA capacity. She’s our trusty pair of hands leaving the team to focus their attention on the bigger picture.

    Executive Assistant

    Sam’s career varies from nursing to Cabin Crew to Personal Assistant - all of which has afforded her the benefit of a wealth of experience to bring to her EA role. A natural ‘fixer’, Sam feels she was born to be an EA; she has a proven work ethic and enjoys finding creative solutions. When she’s off-grid, you’ll find her volunteering for dog charities or with her own pack of four-legged friends.
